This website is operated by Theo Hartley ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering.

Using the website

You must be of legal age in your country, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree not to use the website for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security, or to upload harmful code.

Products and prices

We try to show products, colours and sizes as accurately as possible, but appearance can vary slightly between screens. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud; if we do, you'll be refunded in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds by our Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms removes or limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country you live in, including your right to cancel and your rights if goods are faulty.

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

The content of this website, including text, images and branding, belongs to Theo Hartley or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
